Arman Depari

Arman Depari is a retired high-ranking National Police Officer who last served as Deputy for Eradication of the Indonesian National Narcotics Agency (Deputi Pemberantasan BNN R.I).

Arman, who graduated from the Police Academy in 1985, is experienced in the field of Investigation. His last service as two-star general is acting as the Riau Islands Regional Police Chief (Kapolda Kepulauan Riau), Head of Regional Task Force for Counterterrorism Special Detachment 88 of Indonesian National Police (Ka. Densus 88 Anti Teror). It was Armand Depari who arrested Imam Samudra 2002 (Bali Bombings).
The following are, some of his assignments abroad :
– The Indonesian National Police Peace Keeper Task Force for the United Nations to Cambodia.
– The Indonesian National Police Peace Keeper Task Force for the United Nations to Yugoslavia.
– Conduct an Investigation of prisoners of criminal acts of terrorism overseas.
– Conduct an International cooperation between police institutions from overseas in several drug law enforcement operations.
– Observer of the International Court of Justice: Vienna, Moscow, Madrid, Tokyo, Lima, Istanbul, Tehran, Mexico, as well as ASEAN countries.
